Ranked afk.

If anyone here plays Dota 2 they will now if a guy goes afk in a game, the other players in that game can leave without fear, that is they wont get punished, so i think that is pretty smart. So why not do that in lol ranked games. If a guy goes afk on your team and you lose because it is a 4v5 you don't lose LP, also they can make so that the enemy team gets lower LP if they win,but if you win you get like 2 more LP then usual. Because i had 2 games where a guy went afk and i lost them one of them was in the promotions. Riot added so that the guy who goes afk must wait 5,10,20... minutes before starting a game, witch in my opinion is fear, but still what about the other players who had to 4v5 and lose?

When i was playing Renekton , Leona went afk, and that is 40% why the game was lost. Not saying i never go afk, i do. But i don't do it often and i never left an ranked game.

than allot of people would go in a game and dc cause their friends wont lose lp than

also as soon as someone has a bit of connection problems in a game that isnt stomping everone would leave like o we have an afk

ive had allot of games where someone been dced o 3/5 min and we came back on top of it

I see from where your looking at my idea and that is a smart way to look at it people might abuse it, but that can be fixed. They can make it so if you are primade with a guy who went afk you don't lose 100% of the LP you would lose you lose 50%. If you have connection problems then your afk for like 1 to 5 minutes right? And if you leave for 3-4 minutes and come back you wont get banned/leaver buster, but if you leave for 10-... minutes then you do get a ban or leaver buster. Because the program is made so if a player leaves for a longer period of time he gets leaver buster, so if he leaves for a long period of time the game is safe to leave and you wont lose LP in ranked games. Like a message shows up Name(champ) has left the game, he has 10minutes to come back, if not the game is safe to leave. But there is a prob in that 2 if he leaves and comes back 8minutes later the game will again not be safe to leave, so they just make it so that if you leave for 8 minutes and then play for one and leave again you have only 2 minutes not 10.

One of the biggest problems with this is bullying. If a team is about to lose, everyone would just started teaming up on one person trying to get them to d/c so they don't lose the LP. There would be a HUGE bullying problem with this.

Once i looked at your comment i just fought so why don't they ignore the players who are bullying them , but that would not work. I see your point of view pretty smart thinking.

Just have the players still lose LP. They just don't get leaverbustered if they have had an AFK for a while. This allows people to avoid frustrating games.

The problem with this is that there's no punishment to leave a normal game then.
