Harassing & Trolling Player

Dear Riot & Community, Please, to anyone who clicked on this board, the text below labeled " Story " is just some in detail explanation, if you aren't interested and want to get to what this is about or want the shorter version just read "Points", they are the key points I am making and do not contain any humor. Thank you. Story- A hour ago me and my friends queued up with a bot lane premade bottom lane. A Jhin and a Shen by the name of <Removed by Moderation> . This Shen started off alright, at around the 10th minute he started harassing my premade on mid - Ahri. She was pretty okay with it, I was pretty okay with it, but he continued throughout the game. Without any reason he wanted to tilt her, which often enough results in players performing bad right? I am not a shinning apple, I insult people in chat from time to time even though I shouldn't, I see how that is harmful to some people but I do not mind insults, f bombs, cusses and such. But he did not swear at all, he just haunted her throughout the game, not letting go. True, true I know that there is in fact the holy MUTE button, but people who purposely tilt their own teammates, for having a bad score or something do not belong here. Well, okay they do but with a chat restriction. Now, this wasn't enough for a punishment, I know, things like this are easily solved by just being a grown up and not paying attention / not letting it get to you / simply pressing the mute button, I know this. I forgot he was doing this half the game through he did stop at some point way late in the game when he realized we weren't paying attention to him. However the game lasted 65 minutes because of this Shen. No one likes long games, not if they aren't constant fight and tactics. We were put in the situation of them having 3 inhibitors down, but we weren't strong enough to kill them because we were fighting a 4v5, and they couldn't push because they had to defend every time they managed to kill us. Our Shen was going around the river and their jungle camps, clearing them and sometimes would put a Zz portal on top lane, once we approached him, and asked him why he was doing this he replied with " I am not trolling, I am pushing top see?" and pinged the portal, he was playing somewhat dumb. He wouldn't help us in team fights and said that their team needs to win this, at the very end of the game, where me and my friends got sick and tired and just wanted the game to end he said "WHAT A COME BACK / LCS PLAYS" and stuff like that in all chat, to taunt our loss even more. Even his own premade told him to stop this, however he was pretty chill tbh. He said it countless times in Serbian, or some similar language from the Balkan region, we ( me and my friends ) understood him.

Points: Harassment - He wanted to get our Ahri on tilt, by calling her out on being bad, saying things like " Good job, look at Ahri" once she would die or make a misplay. He did NOT insult her with swears, and this was not a sudden burst of rage, he continued to BM her and tried to tilt her multiple times. He stopped around the 30 minute. She, and I could have pressed the mute button, true enough, but it did not bother us that much so we didn't, we listened to him and actually were laughing somewhat, however I am pointing this out because my friend did NOTHING to aggro him, she was just playing the game, a new champion to her and lost to the enemy, he tilted her for no reason, not just one or two comments, lots of them every time he could.

Trolling - He started to wonder cluelessly around the map, clearing their jungle camps and would put a ZZ portal on top just so he can say how he is pushing and not trolling, he would not help us in any team fights and I did not see him pop his ult in a useful way from that point on. When one member of my team would get caught he did nothing to help him, however he did not feed or int.

Kicking while we are down- The game lasted a hour long, no one feels good after losing a LONG game, specially if the game was 4v5, if someone goes AFK that is rage worthy, however to have someone BM further, saying how the enemy team totally deserved the win, how they made good plays ( They did, they were not bad) and how the made a comeback, but do NOTHING throughout half of the game, is just sad, its so nasty.

This is not okay, to troll is one thing but to prolong the game, to a dreadful HOUR. To the point where no one cares if it is win or lose, to the point at which you just want it to end so you can go to sleep ( Or in my case wright this.) or just continue with your life! To not feed, but to make it so NO ONE can win easily but still make it so that YOUR team is fighting a uphill battle throughout half of the game is just... actually sad, to think anyone has the time for that.
