Now that I actually think about it. Dynamic queue was actually good.
This is a team game. Getting put on a team with random strangers you don't know, say whatever you want, there isn't much competitive integrity in that. They could be drunk, a little brother playing on their siblings account or a smurfing troll/smurfing try-hard. The outcome of a match is 30-70% decided by the role of a dice. Also beside this is the fact that riot tries to push a 50% win rate for everyone. This basically means that there are games that are supposed to be impossible to win. Everyone playing a team game solo results in things getting chaotic.
If everyone was playing with a premade team. And I mean like an actual team then the game would be under much more control. First of all the game would be easier to balance because league would only have to be balanced for lcs the reason why is because you wouldn't have so many people harping about carry/duelist champs like
,
and
. We wouldn't have the stale meta we have now were one step outside is greeted with requests for nerfs (The clock is ticking for bot
) because people would be more prone to plan and each team/club would find their own unique way of climbing.
Also toxicity would decrease. A LOT! People can be bottoms to random people they are paired with but doubtful they would do the same with there own friends. Less they want to screw up their non-virtual friendships/reputations.
The only thing that stops this is the fact that league is big, but it isn't that big. Most of us have friends we actually know in real life who play league but not enough to form consistent teams. Sure you may be able to play together every weekend but not all of you will want to do that. You might want to play in the night with little lag but others would like to get their sleep and play on their not too slow 300MB/s internet in the day when your sister is downloading gta and streaming Netflix films on your 15MB/s internet. (RIP).
Then again you could just go the clash of clans route and make it a club based thing. Get a mix of people with similar skills but different schedules. But then that would tie your rank to a club that you may/may not get kicked out of. Or clubs could just be a cumulative rank with individual rank being separate. But who knows this could take boosting to a whole new level. But you could also ban boosted clubs in huge waves but is the player based large enough to handle such a large exodus?
Dynamic Q was only really bad because it was solo vs teams. While some didn't mind some absolutely loathed the idea. Well flex is here which is the same thing. Been ignoring it a while but I just can't handle solo Q matchings at the moment. Flex might be the same or worse according to some opinions but I'm going to give it a shot.
An opinion thread to break the monotony of the gameplay boards. Really should be separated from balance, though. Welp. Have a good night/day people. Let me know what you think.

Edit: Must say I appreciate the downvotes on this opinion thread without any replies. I give up on these boards.
