mid year mage update question

I saw in the one discussion that anivia was close to being selected for the big 6. but ideally what specific changes do you think she would receive total? the way I see it is if you aren't careful with nerfing/buffing her, she will become nearly useless (talking more about e and q), I hope someone from riot actually reads this, while I main anivia I see her as a very dangerous champion for quite a few of mid laners and have a few ideas to help. I'm thinking more of extending the cd of her e mainly maybe a little higher mana cost if its absolutely necessary. and while I'm here do you have any plans for a battle cast anivia? I know she already has a legend skin but I would pay any amount of money to see my main for 3-4 (maybe more but whos counting) years get a battlecast skin
