Why was Warmogs nerfed because it ruins poke champions and allows people who build the item to reheal any damage done to them rapidly , yet ADCs with a lifesteal item are able to do the same thing off minions and jungle creeps..?
Warmogs was nerfed because it was too often picked on tanks especially in combination with Cinderhulk on junglers. Not every ADC in every situation builds a full Lifesteal item.
Because Warmog kicks in and heals thousands of HP for just standing there doing absolutely nothing. Lifesteal requires a target which is a finite resource. Makes perfect sense
