I think I read somewhere that there was a bug or something on some champs that kept their lines from being played, the same thing happened to Kayn, but don't quote me on that.

Edit: According to someone in the Taliyah Mains Reddit that since the new Irelia shares the same voice actress as Taliyah (and Zoe) Riot grabbed her to record a few new lines for Taliyah, but again, don't quote me on that.

I like that she has some more lines, now, but they play too often. I’ve heard them too many times already. It’s especially annoying that many of them are puns, unintentionally making light of her character.

I was sure she was saying "Rubble Rouser" so I looked it up and it appears to be a Skylander reference AND Gragas is called Rabble Rouser. Someone said it seemed like a special interaction between her and Gragas though it plays without him around, to which a rioter replied "Hey there - thanks for bringing this up! I'm taking look to see where this may be coming from." so, maybe it is?
