Riot, PLEASE make vital game information (how stats work, especially) more readily available.

There's nothing readily available in the client, or the main website that explains how different stats work. All the technical rules I know about the game, I had to learn by conducting google searches, and scouring the internet/ wiki/ forums for insight on how different stats work. For example, how the RNG of Critical Strikes functions - and the exact way that the 'pseudo random number generator' system works; the only existing things explaining this are a few posts from RiotXypherous on the forums 3 fucking years ago, and the original patch where it was implemented (in which it's described in 3 short sentences in the patch notes).

There's no way to know which stats stack additively & multiplicatively (and what that even means), unless you do a LOT of outside research. So please, Riot, for the sake of the players, consider putting something in the client and/ or main website that actually EXPLAINS these things, in an official manner. It shouldn't have to be a wild goose chase to figure out how the basic functions of the game work. I think this is something that EVERYBODY can agree on.

It would be great if a Rioter could respond to this, to show that we aren't being ignored.
