So I was playing a game today as Fizz and decided for SnG to build the newest item to our repertoire 
and found that for some inexplicable reason it was proccing after a basic attack... the only logical explanation for this of course is that Fizzes W passive dealing DoT was causing it to proc reading as an ability use
Anyone else seen this happen

It gains charges on CASTS, it expends charges on DAMAGE
AppozClone1 votesNo I mean its the passive part as in the part where you never do anything but basic attack an enemy like if it went off when he actually USED the W ability I could understand but I am talking about the DoT part that is just passive.
Darkwind1 votesThat's what I said. The dot does magic damage. That means, that at any time during the dot, if you gain 100 charges, it will pop the damage.
Again, you gain charges for spell CASTS. You expend charges any time you deal magic DAMAGE.
