Ludens Echo + Fizzes W

So I was playing a game today as Fizz and decided for SnG to build the newest item to our repertoire and found that for some inexplicable reason it was proccing after a basic attack... the only logical explanation for this of course is that Fizzes W passive dealing DoT was causing it to proc reading as an ability use

Anyone else seen this happen
