So is Practice Tool actually not getting a multiplayer option, or just not finished yet?

Thought practice tool was 'officially launching' this patch, but I still can't invite. Is that the finished product...? If so, seems like half of the uses for the thing are now void. Was excited to be able to help my friends improve, but now this tool is useless for me.

If I'm misinformed, someone please let me know?
