Minor Mordekaiser bug

Not that important, but found it in practice mode while messing around. Morde cannot get Spellbinder stacks during his ult. Other champs not giving stacks is to be expected since they are 'not there' but he does not stack off his own spells either. I did not confirm if the enemy being ulted still gives stacks, as it was just a practice dummy, but I'm assuming they do not either.

Again it's a minor thing, since he's unlikely to build it anyway, but thought I would mention it.
