que system needs fixing to some degree

i all about the new champion pick system i think its pretty cool but theres still some large issue with finding a game in a short perios of time. im currently 10:23 seconds as im writing this and still not found a game. if i pick fill ill find a game in ten seconds but 99% of the time i will be support. my record que is like 21 minutes roughly and i just left and searched another one and found one almost instantly. can we fix this surley? it quite an annoying issue. finding a game only ever took 8 minutes max now the ques are taking longer than some games ive had!!
