Leaving Penalty

I know for a fact that people will have inconveniences during games so they have to leave... but if the player quits because they are having a bad game they should receive a one week suspension, if they repeat this multiple times they need to have a permanent ban. Longer queue times isn't cutting it.

I agree...They should put in ONE! penalty-free Quit per week... Once used, if you "quit" unexpectedly or for whatever reason...face the consequences.

Remember, Gameplay is for a pass-time. Try not to play during times where you know you will be inconvenienced by Life Issues. (i.e. Kids, Work, School, Significant Other(s), etc.)

Common Sense goes a LONG way here too.

sometimes even when some one has a full day just to play, the connection becomes so bad in the middle of the game and the player disconnects. making harder penalties would stop people from leaving and also ban people who did not mean to do anything. no matter how low your ping, and how strong your connection is, you will have one of these bad days and disconnect because of an issue with connection

so it is unfair to ban just because you left

I know, but I am referring to the games where the player is toxic and is doing bad so they decide to leave. Recently I had a game where our jungler literally said "I can't handle this I am going to leave, have fun.", all because they died two times less than ten minutes in. If there are chat logs supporting the fact that this player left because of rage or to hinder their team.
