its don't even decreased. In diamond and master her rate is still around 53-54% according to lolking. So yeah. Now we need a passive nerf and incrased cd on her e and she is fine.

Hilarious. Though I bet the drop in win rate is due to some of the less skilled Riven players (you know the ones) not remembering that she was nerfed. The missile speed on her R isn't as large as some people think it is (Don't get me wrong, it is impactful. But some people make it out as though she was dumpstered by it).
