You know how people don't want his identity to be anti mage?
15% magic damage reduction on his passive, his entire identity is being an anti mage. Making him one of the most massive niche picks in the game. Can I get a rework?

people want veigar changes first because they actually can balance him, riot just doesnt want to and would rather focus their attention elsewhere.
