Passive Problem

Old Taric was all about spamming your abilities and autoing inbetween as fast as you could. E>Auto>w>Auto>R>Auto>dfozdfigkzdyhfguihg His old passive gave bonus damage after casting a spell based on his armor.

His new passive essentially reads to be similar. However, his kit doesn't allow this to be viable. Old taric, every spell could either be self cast, or instantly cast. His new kit has Q as the only self cast/ instant cast ability. W is cast on an ally, E is a stun that is delayed, and R may be self cast instantly but it isn't something you can spam, or would you want to spam. So you are left with Q being the only ability you can use to proc his passive in a fight.

Also, Why the 180 on Taric being a Celestial mage now from being an Earth mage prior?!?!?!

W is self castable, Q is self cast and loses 3 seconds cooldown instead of 1 second per auto now. He can spam more than ever before.

Actually his passive is super easy to proc several times per fight. He does have some difficulty sticking to targets, but if he manages it he can dish out pretty nice damage with his passive.

All of new Tarics Skills can be self cast. You get the passive when you press the button on E and R, not after they triggered.
