That makes no sense. URF by it's very nature is completely unbalanced. That's the whole point. Some characters are just stronger here than others. Fizz is an assassin with an untargetable ability that can be used every what, 2 seconds in this mode, taking into account the time between cast and delayed landing? Not to mention his ability to stick to targets, etc. I'd be more worried if his damage wasn't off the charts.

Yes but Riot went out of their way to gut certain URF sensations like trap champions (looking at you, shaco), and even disables some champs in normal ARURF/URF cycles.

I get its supposed to be unbalanced but Riot is so inconsistent, and claims to try and make it "fair and fun for everyone" when really (especially with new runes), its completely broke from things like this.

Riot needs to either actually balance it, give us 10 bans, or keep it like the original URF, where EVERYONE gets to be broken.
