could we add a grievous wounds passive to "Lost Chapter" instead of completed morellos? executioners calling is 800 g and gives the debuff. Morellos cost 2900g and you get the passive only after they drop below 50%. Could we make lost chapter a bit more like executioners to give mages a chance to stop healing? or maybe make Void staff have a component that costs 800-850g and put it into making a void staff (maybe remove the blasting wand)

already has a much needed passive, and there are next to zero matchups where you NEED grievous wound before you complete
as your first item anyways.

I don't think it's too out of line with the others being able to buy that half early in matchups it works in but I also don't quite see outside of maybe vlad or akali it would be useful.
