New stealth changes to Teemo

Teemo's passive will be an invisibility, not a camouflage. That's a bit confusing given its name is literally 'Camouflage' however. We'll be renaming it as a result. My suggestion, 'Unseen Demon Spawn', hasn't been getting much traction yet though alas.

I have a quick question: Where is the team communication? Vayne has been hurting for a while, and as a result, you guys buffed her.(cool, even though Q buff was perhaps the wrong way to go though) but what baffles me is that there is a HUGE change coming to Stealth, and as a result it will likely buff Vayne quite a lot, so that with the Q change, will definitely result in her needing a nerf, which means it was possible she never needed an actual buff to begin with. Why buff a champion if such a massive, champion altering update is right around the corner? I don't want to see her worse off because the gun was jumped ( I am still a little mad over the buffs you gave Kog Maw and then blamed his state on his rework and not the buffs, so I apologize if I seem a bit hostile)

More importantly: Twitch. What is he? I must know. He's both camouflage and invisibility right now D:

What current stealth effects besides Eve's passive will be classified as camouflage? There really aren't any other stealths that are similarly long-term besides Teemo's passive.

Do you think Twitch's Q will be labeled one or the other? Or will he be able to get an exception to the rule as well? Because I have used his Q both for ward dodging and for disengage (getting that stealth just after getting rooted feels amazing) and I'm not sure how this will play out for Twitch. If anything my beloved rat is in the most gray area possible with this stealth update.
