Honestly, Talon Deserves a Mini-Rework or a Nerf

I have been long ago trying this guy by myself and then playing with a friend customs to analyze how to play against him and how was him actually. It really stole my attention since I saw him winning every single game since 2 months ago.

It may soud crazy but only Talon's R takes away half of your hp currently. I have tested It. This happens to most fighters, non-tank champions, and not only to mages but specially to any midlaner. They get completely destroyed by this guy without any possibility of winning lane against him because he has unavoidable damage and insane base magic resist.

I have builded a lot of Health and Def only to check if he was still able to kill me easily, and It Happened. He melts Tanks, mages, and assasins by equal. Why tanks too? Because of his passive. You can only bait his Rake and even if you do good and achieve it, he can easily kill you with his Q+AAs+Passive+Ignite. When he gets one or 2 kills he won't need the ignite to kill you. He is usefull in late regardless the classic concept of ''Talon is an early game champion.'' He has strong scaling for an ''early game champion'' and he is recognized by DOPA as one of the Top meta champions actually. Zed is similar to Talon but with Zed you can try to avoid his Qs which are his main source of damage and because his ult damage depends of the Qs mainly, if you avoid his Qs you can survive. But look at Talon, he can do the same damage to you with a Q or a W. You avoid his W? NP, he can Q+AA+R and even if you use flash you will die. You can't play passive against him because he has so much damage and Movement speed after R that he can just dive you with R+ AA+W and if you use flash he will have more mov speed because of his R bonus speed and get to you with his unavoidable Q.

He dives you and returns safely because of his E ability, he has no problem getting out of a tower. There is not a possibility of winning or a strategy like, try to avoid his W because he can kill you without it easily. He is nor fun to play against, neither fair with most champs. He overcome and surpass most champions in the mid lane with almost no counters. How would you all call a champion like Talon in his current state? Strong? Annoying? Toxic? I tried to believe he wasn't but I have realized that his current state is OP.

Riot buffed Talon and nerfed Mages, what are you going to do against him? He received a buff because he wasn't played enough but now I see him everyday winning. I tried everything against this guy to survive the lane with mages but because I can only avoid his W and not his main source of damage, he keep winning easily games. In every single game when I go Top/mid/adc and the enemy team or our team have a Talon mid, He gets fed and stomp games. It is not half of the times I see him, It have become an every-day thing. I don't get surprised anymore of seeing this in matches.

There is a reason why DOPA stated that Zed actually is trash (which I don't think) and Talon is pretty reliable. Both focus on damage but the difference is that Talon is more safe, forgiving, and his damage can't be dodged. So guys, Having this said, what do you think about this champion in his current state? But before you state the first thing that come to your mind, please think for a moment about him and his Kit, and then comment. I won't judge your opinion, I just want you to comment what you truly think about him.
