@Riot Please take a look at Fizz and Lissandra (explain inside)

Ok, the other day I was playing Lissandra against a Fizz. Now the problem is, everytime I ulted Fizz, the initial particles of my ult appeared, but then it disappeard when Fizz troll poll'ed. I hope that made sense, but here's a clarification... whenever I ~~try to~~ ult fizz , he's able to troll poll even when I already clicked my ult on him. Yes, like literally, when my ult was about to crawl on him, he was able troll poll and cancel my ult.

This is quite unfair IMO.

that happens to every champion, theres a reason why its called a trollpole; its op in the sense it can consume ults and have them do nothing... Yes this is apparently balanced

It's a bug. Spells that don't finish their cast time aren't supposed to go on CD like that.

Lis' ult has a cast time It shouldn't go on CD in that case though

The ability trigger its cd like 0.1-0.25 before she actually casts it. There is no particle effect or whatever, the Fizz couldn't have known besides anticipation. So no, you just got outplayed.

Technically if you're xPeke you can beat Fizz w/ Lissandra. You just need high level mechanics. His E is designed the way it is, so he is outplaying you. Just wait to actually use it or do it after you bind him with your W or E(forgot which ability was the root) so then he has no way to escape. Him OUTPLAYING you doesn't mean he needs to be fixed, it means you need to play BETTER.

i think it just has a time to take effect,it simply isn't instant as it appears to be,i'm not sure how i feel about that,but that seems to be the way it works.
