[Discussion]: Guardian Keystone

What I would like to know is how does everyone feel about this rune. We hear alot about Runes such as Conqueror & Dark Harvest (all for good reasons). However, I wanted to know how people feel about Guardian & how it's used between ELO's.

As a support main, it's my go to keystone.

It shields more than twice as much as Aery, while also giving you and your ally a burst of speed. While I do think it's cooldown is a little long, compared to Aery, I think the benefits outweigh it's downsides.

And with it in the defensive rune page, it gives squishy supports some much needed durability, with the passive bonus health of Overgrowth, and the sheer damage reduction of Bone Plating, and Font of Life allowing any champion with a slow, stun, etc. to build Ardent and still rack up the on hit magic damage.
