Every time she is allowed to be decent her pick rate sky rockets even though her win rate is pretty much always bad, even when she was pick and ban her win rate was bad

She becomes such a contested pick all the time because her risk is so low

According to champion.gg she is the 2nd most banned champion (this could be wrong but I'm not sure) and the 4th most picked mid laner

And quite frankly she's just extremely annoying to deal with, especially when she gets fed

the 2nd most banned midlane champion. If you have a look at the list af all roles, you will see that she is on position 25 and only has a banrate of 6.62%. The only midlane champion that is banned frequently, is Zed. LeBlanc is not banned very often because she is not strong. When she is banned, it is because someone would like to pick a champ which is totally countered by her. Her winrate is so low because less than 25% of the players are experienced, according to champion.gg the players must have a lot of experience with her to get a positive winrate, which is a type of balancing.

Strong? I just beat one as TF. I never have issues with LB regardless of role. If she gets ahead ok because shes basically a reverse Nasus. If people catch up in items because she can't close game, she sucks hard. Just get something with hard CC threat because she literally has to come into melee range to poke with her dash. And god forbid she fights anything somewhat tanky because she will be incredibly useless.
