The Vayne salt

Pretty funny. She's literally top tier (same win rate as MF and Ezreal) for not even a full preseason and people are instantly calling for her head, despite being completely irrelevant in the last meta and the meta before that.

Meanwhile Twitch has been right up there bathing in penta kills and making noise on the competitive scene since conception.

Vayne is absolutely not broken. Her counters are weak right now (Caitlyn for instance is garbage), poke lanes are nullified by the new cancerous relic shield/overheal nonsense ON TOP of zeal/crit items costing peanuts and those are why she seems so strong right now.

Contrast that to Tristana/Kog'Maw/Twitch who have the exact same benefits.

Nerf Vayne and all that will happen is she will still be strong because of the aforementioned problems and then once those things are finally changed/reworked, she will go right back to being dumpster tier as per the usual classic Rito balancing.

What's hilarious is that I made a thread a few weeks ago when I noticed how much Vayne benefitted from the current meta and I was instantly shot down by Master/Diamond ranked players telling me that she's still weak in higher elos and essentially reassuring me that MF/Ezreal/Tristana/Twitch are still "way better". Fast forward a week when other people start catching up to the idea, showcase a few twitch streamers doing well with her and the narrative completely changes.

I guarantee a huge chunk of people calling for nerfs over every single champion in this game are people parroting others rather than going by their own personal experiences.
