Why is this games matchmaking so unbalanced?

I genuinely can't recall the last game I was in where the teams were remotely even.

It's either

Your team stomps and wins every lane
Your team gets stomped and loses ever lane

It's never top/mid do well and jgl/adc do poorly, never. And of course, a quick glance at the match history of the teams almost always shows people on win streaks vs people on losing streaks.

It's absolute aids and both scenarios result in almost nothing learned. Instead of this games matchmaking pairing similarly skilled players, almost every game is now "Either you can carry or pray you're in the team that wins lanes".

I just posted a thread about this. I had won 6 out of my last 8 games and was sitting at 60% win rate for the last 20 ranked games. Before that win streak I was sitting at 40%. Of course the League of Legends RNGesus of matchmaking kicks in... on my following game my team had an avg win rate for last 20 of 53.8% and the enemy team 72.6%. Not to mention the enemy ADC and Support are duo and smurfing.

As I said on my thread, ima record this data for my next few dozen games. I am surprised no one has already done this..

I look in op.gg during every match and its always a 300+ Mmr difference between the two teams. Guess who gets stomped by the 15 min mark. You just have to pray that your team has the higher mmr

It's a shame, and last year was the same. So what is worse is that they aren't doing anything about it :D

Hey, 5 months later, still the same. Nothing changed. Out of 20 games played, only 3 were well balanced. Otherwise, all other games I got placed with "Silver" players (more like Bronze 20 players) versus Gold 5 players. Or a combo of. And of course, matches went something like 10/45, 17/32, 12/34...etc. One other thing I noticed: on my older account I am Gold 5, and after season reset, climbing from Silver 4 to Gold 5 was not bad at all. Majority of the time I was placed with people who fit their respective ranks and there were less feeders, afks, trolls. But with this account, which is newer, climbing is impossible. I feel like the older account is grouped with people that have older accounts and are more experienced, thus, more balance. Nonetheless, this game is getting more and more annoying to play, and its no longer fun. I'm out!
