Jungle changes?

I haven't seen an official announcement, but I seem to remember a PBE conversation where they said that patch 4.20 would probably come this week (maybe nov 18?), and that it would include the preseason changes. They need to have it available soon, so that the people playing in the LCS expansion tournament have at least 3 weeks to practice on the preseason changes before they compete in mid-december.

My guess is that it'll correspond with the NA server downtime where they upgrade the server hardware (which is the night of Nov 18 / morning of Nov 19).

Soon(tm) lol, I'm hoping by the end of this week or early next week (the expansion tournament is taking place half on the current patch, half on the next patch, and since they need a few weeks to practice in the new jungle, with the transition taking place mid december I think, it should be out relatively soon). I'm going to be picking up jungle for real with the changes as well; been watching NB3 to prepare, he's been going through all the changes and champions the past few days.
