MF Ult Laugh should scale with AD
More AD = Louder Laughing. Also, More AD could = More Bullets and fire during the ult, no change in damage just a blanket of bullets

Pls. Global at 50 AD. Also let her use ult for Global laugh even when it is on CD. And before 6.
