So nocturne could use a little help in order to become a great pick in league once again, and so have an idea to make this happen.

W: Shroud of Darkness: Spellshield now procs on large monster attacks giving him the burst of attack speed

It's a fairly simple change and would help his clear in order to proc his passive more but also make him more susceptible to being counter jungled, as he might use his w to clear giving enemy junglers a chance to jump on him. This gives noc more decision making and a better clear time.

It's nice that they redid Dragon's attacks to work as spells now so he can proc it from that, but that early attack speed boost would significantly increase his clear times and his early sustain.
