Shen Top

Nah, he'll be really bad. He's even easier to counter now. Vlad is going to massacre him even more. Olaf the same. He is more all in oriented now, but the champions which his W is good against all have disengage. Irelia is just going to E you and walk away.. Jax can do the same. He'll be a good counter pick against Riven though.
He's basically a last pick top laner. Just going to be waaaaayyy to easy to counter him. A lot of his strengths were mitigated, and his weakness to harass was magnified quite a bit.
It would be a lot better if his W was a slow field for both movement and AS, and his Q was a damage and AS buff IMO. Right now I just can't see him outside of a support role. Though why would you pick him over Leona?.... Not sure what he's supposed to be good at honestly.
sorry to tell you but after seeing rework and being a PBE member ( and shen was my champ that i took to s5 in one month) he is going to be a support way better than top he can still do top but if the champ has any harass you dont anymore....... wihtout going all in
it really depends on how much dmg those enhanced Q does will it be worth the loss in sustain?
I just bought Frozen and Yellow Jacket Shen too T.T Gonna try him before i make any final judgments, got hopefully he ends up like graves where they thought he'd suck, but end up being amazing.
I am also a pbe member and tried him out lately because he used to be my most played champion in toplane.
It seems impossible to hit that stupid q through an enemy and he cant farm nor harass now. Even with the old shen i was farming mostly under tower or from far away with q. Now with the new one I cant do this and will only gain minion xp against 80% of the common matchups.
I dont understand it. He was a viable support and a good toplaner and now he is a last tier jungler and nothing else. How can they mess up a strong balanced champion just because he is not ninjaish enough.
