I have Project Lucian on sale (which includes Lucian in the price) for 60%, but if I buy Lucian with IP, will the bundle reduce the price so its just the skin at 60%. This is probably a dumb question but i'm just wondering. I wanna conserve the IP I got since there are 2 skins i want on the shop and I cant afford to buy more RP right now. Also, I've heard that right gives you a small amount of RP if you are just short of what you want to buy, does anyone know about this?

It does indeed lower the price if you buy the champion with IP! And Riot can give small amounts of RP if you are just short, usually in exchange for something like a drawing or a story ect, but only once.
