It should remove the slow. it never removed the fish.

W only removes cc, not debuffs like Fizz or Vlad's ult.
Yes unfortunately. It's ironic considering that out of all the shit Gangplank can remove: Nasus Ws, Nami Qs, Morgana Qs, Ashe ults, even Yasuo ults, he gets killed by a fucking shark.
