@Riot or @Anyone General questions about the Assassin update I can hope get answered

Ok, so reading the new Assassin stuff we've all read, starting from top to bottom...

  1. What's the CD on Talon's ult? With his new E being the Ubisoft Assassin skill we all wished him to have, his ult is the only strong self-engage tool, and I'd like to know how reliable it is.

  2. What's the duration on Rengars new empowered W? That ability seems a bit scary and could very well bring tank Rengar back, what with the reliance on %HP heal and the mini Olaf ult.

  3. @Riot specifically: You said for Fizz's update you'd want to keep him the hardest assassin to pin down. This is fine, but all I'm seeing on the update page is that you're making his ult bigger based on distance traveled. Is any power going to be given/taken away from his E ability?

  4. Is there a cap to how much bonus AD Zed can get from slain enemies?

  5. Is Serrated Dirk a jungle item now? With how the descriptions for that item and Poachers Dirk are worded, it seems like it'll be a jungle-only item.

  6. @Riot specifically: It kinda seems like Sorcerer's Bane is gonna be the new rush item for AD assassins now that Maw's out of the picture. What's the game plan to nerf the item if it ends up being too strong a first buy?

  7. Is Duskblade's Nightstalker passive flat true damage, that doesn't scale with AD? Please be a flat number, please be a flat number...

  8. Invisibility and Camouflage: It could be I'm missing something, but from what I'm reading, they both seem exactly the same, with the only difference being the duration (Camouflage being longer than invisibility). Is there any difference in how these two types of stealth appear in game? If not... then what was the point of classifying them if they work and appear the same?

  9. Are Control Wards going to be more expensive than regular wards? Also if a control ward cancels out your ward on the map, will it be visible on the minimap?

That's all I can think of while reading the page. If Riot or anyone can answer these, that'd be great :)

In order for Riot's phrase of, Fizz being the hardest to pin down and peel, above all assassins, to be true, he would HAVE to receive buffs to his mobility. Shorter CDS, longer range, perhaps Q as a skill shot, E reset on kill or assist. Other assassins like kassadin and Leblanc have better mobility and are harder to peel than a Fizz who needs to get into melee to do anything in the first place. Akali can just triple R in and Fizz is harder to peel then that????? Riot has not done one thing they have stated they will with fizz and I don't expect them to at this point. They have continually shown they have no clue what they are doing when they touch the champ.

That lane phase they wanted to "buff" when he is behind?? Nerfed. Can't even math out simple numbers. W is 40 mana for 1 wave while they make his new W 45 mana for 3 caster minions level 1 and 105 mana for 3 caster minions at level 5. And the W isn't even close to the problem in lane. It's the fact he has no tools besides a super long CD/high mana cost ability in lane to deal with constant ranged harass. His passive is almost worthless in mid. It's designed for going against melee in say top lane when he weaves into the wave to melee, and takes less attack damage back from other melee champions. It does near nothing in mid against champions who stay far back from the wave and it does not reduce spell damage. The Ghost (moving through units) should be moved to one of his abilities as an innate passive and then completely rework his passive.

I've read all the things about fizz riot said about fizz before the update and not a one was true. They actually did the EXACT opposite in every way.

  • Riot wanted to improve his laning phase by.... nerfing it??

  • Riot wanted to move damage from his E to elsewhere on the kit by... not moving it????

  • Riot wanted to showcase fizz's initiation power by.... nerfing his initiation and only making the shark slightly stronger if he hits the mythical max range shark on carry while nerfing the rest of the follow up damage????

  • Riot wanted to make Fizz the hardest to peel assassin above all other assassins by... doing absolutely nothing to his average in class mobility while nerfing the R slow unless max range???????

  • Riot wanted to make fizz play with his food by having him just stand in melee poking with base damage autos for 2 seconds until he can do the same damage as what he does on live in that same time period?????????????????

Among others.
