Pretty much the title. With the other big class updates you've done, AD itemization has greatly improved, and it seems like the game tilted way in favor of AD. Are there any plans at the moment to give any major tweaks to itemization aimed for AP casters? Any type of answer would be welcome.
Yup! This is the plan, though it won't be as large as the Marksmen item changes. It will probably similar in size to the juggernaut items. maybe even a bit smaller.
Sorry 4 asking but .. how does it help to know IF new items are coming ... you can't use them before the mage update .. so knowing now doesn't change anything.

Riot have said probably, although only small tweaks. Probably not as big as the AP item changes last year.

Riot said they'd be looking at AP itemisation but they said it probably won't be as big a deal as the ADC changes last year. There will be changes to current items but it's not known for sure if new items will be released. This is the stuff we know they're looking at:
