@Riot soo... is there a reason Pantheon's splash is updated in the store, but not in game?

It's just something I noticed while browsing the store, but the icon for pantheon has an updated splash art, yet when you click on him he goes back to "I can see the brush-strokes" Pantheon. Completely minor thing, but I'm curious. Is the new art just not finished or something?
