Is there a cap for armor penetration and magic penetration?
The highest magic penetration I have ever got to was 45%. Is there a capped armor/magic penetration?

Astôlfo1 votesTechnically, it's 40% Lethality that's converted to Flat Armor Pen, and the other 60% scales off with the enemy target champion's level.
