Basically, this meta has turned to tanks. Top lane-Tank. Jg-Tank. Supp-Tank. Mid-Semi tank with roa. ADC-Still squishy af.
What's the point in having an ADC when they just die to thornmail that enemy top/jg/supp all have.
Mid lane assassins are useless mid game.
I mean, I just played a game where a full tank 
and 
2v5 my whole team to half health until the rest of their team got there.
Just ranting, but seriously it's getting to be a bit rediculous.
Except ADCs are supposed to die against thornmail until late game, working as intended.
It's not like people don't have their Void Staff, LW, BotRK, IE, Bloodthirster, Morello, Abyssal etc...
Also if you wanna survive damage as squishies, please actually build some defense, it's gaming 101.

The point of ADCs is that they are the class specifically designed to kill the frickin' tanks!
Seriously, ADC mains complaining about this meta astonish me in their naïveté, because this is as close to the ideal ADC meta as the game gets (3 support deathball ADC isn't ideal because it basically turns the ADC into a machine strictly for the purpose of slapping the other ADC for the next several minutes). Maybe you forgot how awful being ADC was when Zed and LB were the number one picks and would instagib your squishy a$$ on sight whenever they pleased.
If you are so pathetic that you can't handle a thorn mail and gromp buff, I have no sympathy for you. Buy

and you are more than set to handle tanks. What? you need to rush your IE+PD build? Get over your hard and fast build and learn that rushing IE isn't the end all for all build paths. Learn to play the tank buster ADCs as well, like

You have been pampered as an ADC into thinking you have burst. YOU DON'T. You have DPS, and yes it'll take you several seconds to kill a tank, but that is how it's supposed to work.
To me, a good build for this meta (on AS based ADCs, or ones that can pump out quick volleys) would be like BC, BoRK, LW, hurricane, BT, berserkers greaves.
sure they have more tanks, but so do you, take advantage of the beefy front line and build a busting build.
or if you have a xin/wukong, convince them to do the busting for you
haven't gotten to do it yet, but urgot has a funny place he can fill in this meta(if someone could pull it off), antistat support
Hurricane, BC, frozen mallet, frozen heart, Mikaels cruc, bers greaves with captain enchant.
hurricane spreads out his passive, BC passive and Frozen mallet passive
frozen heart slows AAs Mikaels buffs those around him, so does captain enchant

There might be items that help rid the tanks, but as an ADC you're always focused (duh). For example, I played Gragas against an all AD team. I know, they had horrible comp, but still. I had 400 armor and could sit under turret for about 20-30 seconds while the rest of my team dove. It's like turrets don't mean anything where it used to be you would try and avoid tower diving because you would most likely lose. Now it's to the point if one tank goes down, oh well, there's still 3 more to take the turret shots while you have your DPS trying to do damage to all the other tanks. Even with Bork and LW it's still a pain to be a tankbuster.

well I mean to be fair, nothing really changed there. In order of seeing
top-bruiser/tank->tank/bruiser jg-lee/bruiser/tank->tank/lee/bruiser support-tank/others->tank/others mid-assassin/mages/AP fighters->assassin=mages=AP fighters ADC-hypercarries/solids/casters/tankbusters->?????
ADC hasn't really changed yet from what I can tell, however I am going to guess a slight surge of champs like Vayne/Kog/urgot because of tank busting abilities. Also I see the new BC being an instant buy on champs like Lucian
