Client Bug

Randomly throughout loading into the game or even loading into champ select, my client wigs out and freezes. Either blackscreen or it'll freeze during the loading screen before I get into game. It disconnects during the loading. Not every time, and it's not my connection. I noticed it happens most frequently before new patches are released. Anyone else having these issues?
