Dragons Don't Feel Equal (Just personal opinion feedback)
To put it out there, I know the new dragons are really very dependent on what you want your team comp to have right now (more damage, sustain and seiging, etc), but two dragons that stick out in particular is the Earth Dragon and the Air Dragon.
Earth dragon feels far too strong upon getting. Given how objective driven the new patch is, this dragon (particularly when stacked) is exceptionally good, not only increasing tower push, but also making baron a cakewalk and future dragon control even easier to maintain. With double earth- your team can very well secure objectives with relative ease, and makes it probably a bit too easy to close out games.
Air dragon on the other hand just feels...unremarkable. Even with stacks, it only does at most, feel like it gives everyone mobi boots. A tiny love-tap buff of some other utility (such as decreasing mobility based summoners cooldowns by 5% each or increasing how powerful they are like previous distortion boots enchantments) might put it up on par with Fire and Ocean dragon.
Otherwise the other dragons feel really nice- they don't hurt to have, really assist in team comps that are built for them, and stacking them leaves a good strong feeling.
I'm not exactly sure on what scale that dragon was supposed to be, however; so I am unsure if it was supposed to feel like Fire/Ocean dragon scale or Earth dragon scale.
P.S. That new Herald buff really does do good with enabling one person to roam/split push. I love it, brings up a nice, worthy contestable objective without being too overbearing. Thumbs up.
