Pantheon win rate dropping like crazy
Ok so last week panths win rate was #2 second to pre nerf ww and in the last week he's dropped to 21 that's a lot is it because of the drag changes or what and is he still worth buying?

Winrates don't mean anything.
Yeah Pantheon is still super strong early game, his winrate was just through the roof because of his lvl 2 dragon solos he could pull off. 21 is still pretty high!
You should buy a champion because you want to use them, not because of their win rate. Win rates change all the time, I don't know why anyone pays so much attention to them to the point that it would change your mind about buying someone.
Is in part to the dragon changes and in part to people not realizing about the dragon changes and suddenly playing him a LOT more and losing.
Completely worth buying still, just don't expect to solo kill dragon at level 1. Otherwise he is just fine.
Can't Solo drake at lvl 3 anymore, the first drake is usually one of the most important buffs for early game, it just makes it easier for your team, better last hitting, more damage which translates in a plentiful of other bonuses like AD scaling defense mechanism, as little they might be, when trying to kill someone, it's all about numbers, heck you could lose a game just because someone survived with one hp so it has definitely impacted Pantheon's jungling niche.
The dragon changes were a real big NOPE from Riot about those easy ways to troll and have an easy early drake.
