there is always gonna be someone at the top and no matter who is at the top people are gonna bitch and complain that champ is at the top

for as long when ardent censer doesn't get nerfed, tank supports dont get buffed, or lulu doesnt have meaningful nerfs.

I just want to play Lulu again and make it actually mean something.
