Why isn't ranked more strict?

Trolling in general within ranked should be absolutely punished as much as possible.

I think riot should really introduced ranked restriction or something. This shit is out of hand.

you would have to actually define what a troll is. Someone having a bad game isn't a troll. Someone not wanting to reply to whatever you say to them isn't a troll. Someone not wanting to surrender isn't a troll. Someone wanting to surrender isn't a troll. Someone playing their champions sub optimally isn't a troll.

You would have to put very clear definitions of what a troll is as to prevent having innocent people being unfairly punished but the instant you do that then trolls would just not do those things and troll in a different way... at least if they are smart enough they won't.

Because ranked is no more special then norms, rito doesn't care about quality of life for players in this game, they never have. Which is why for everything they've "fixed" they broke 10x more stuff. Disconnects and lag are at an all time high, they claim to have a balance team but from what I can tell all they do is waste time on beefing up their favorite champs and break them even more than they already were.
