That's really cool, akin to having a grim reaper tattoo for Runeterra. I don't think its a skin teaser, just a fun thematically appropriate nod to the lore.

It's cool that Riot put that on his back since Kindred is Death and instead of a Grim Reaper Tattoo it's Wolf. As for a skin I doubt it.
