What champion is OP
I typically play pantheon top almost exclusively but i'm looking for other dominant top laners / junglers that are easy to carry with. Thanks

Don't straight up look for OP champions. Look for champions that you feel like are fun to play and get good with them. If the only reason for you to play a champion is being OP, then you will never find real happiness in the game.

no champion is truly op, but if you want some easy to pick up champions for toplane. try darius and renekton.
