Skirmisher's Challenging Smite
It says it is supposed to give vision of the champion smited but I've done it on wukong and vayne and when they went invisible I couldn't see them even after smiting them.

It doesn't reveal invisible champions. Only true vision reveals invisible units. For example,Corki Q works the same way.
