ludens instead of lich bane on Fizz?

ive been watching this guy play ekko on youtube and he has always gone proto into lich but lately he is just going proto into ludens like sylas would. would this work for someone like fizz?

I tried going first item ludens playing fizz, for the mana and cdr. Corrupting potion though will get you to midgame with enough mana, and with proto and lich, you probably have enough burst to not need the 10cdr if you're timing right, but i use the 1-10 on the rune.

I would prob go lichbane on fizz cuz u can weave autos and have a reset but maybe its something i dont know
