here is what you need to nerf -ult cooldown to 180 seconds level 1, its better then karthus' ult but has a lower cooldown..? -movespeed from barrels, he is impossible to chase down when he can cleanse cc and slow enemies while speeding up.

specter4241 voteskarthus uses his ult to snipe someone early on so the damage on the other 4 people really doesn't matter. GP's slows too so if a fight breaks out its a bigger deal
karthus ult is also blocked by zhonyas and banshees and the 3 second channel can give time to react
