Confused about hextech - need some help

so i just played a ranked (note i only played aram this season until now so i have no clue of hextech) and i got an S+ with amumu(and i own amumu) but no chest. arent i supposed to get a chest for every teammate that gets an S- S or S+?

and keys (fragments) were random on wins right?

ps: never was punished so yea i can earn them

If you have received any recent punishments / bans, then you are ineligible for awhile. If not, then I'm not sure what the issue is exactly so you may want to report it as a bug.

had no punishemend ever. really weird me + 2 others on my team all got S and i got S+ and my premade got chests he said but i didnt
