That is very unfortunate. I am finally able to carry a bit on my AP Bruiser. ya know, Something all others are allowed to do. Yes, he's strong now instead of being so bad he needs to build support items to be viable. But in no way is he oppressive.

Only pure one tricks play singed and once they get to the mmr they deserve with these changes the win rate will balance out. Meanwhile thresh and friends can do whatever the fuck they want and read their ugly heads on the rift.
