Possible eve glitch?

Ran a game of eve recently where eve's passive would be popped when it should not have been, first instance was when an allied heimer ulted rockets and missed by a mile but hit me, this broke my invisibility, second time i was walking along side our allied mundo and again it popped for no reason, it might not be a permanent glitch because it was during live maintenance, but i figured i should make note of it.

and for those of you who lolkinged n saw the teemo, no i was not running into shrooms, kinda hard to miss noticing your champ hitting one of those, and no i wasn't near any pink wards and i was not attacked, attacking, or using my spells.
