I want to have a discussion about botlane. How will the changes in 8.10 affect botlane? How do you want botlane to be changed?
and on a side note, how will IE changes affect Yasuo? I want some hard math if someone can (not great shakes at mathematics)
IE changes mean Yasuo has less crit chance between PD and IE completion, and he has less damage except against high armor targets. Although, if he ults, has IE, and has Conquerer, he'll ignore 50% bonus armor and 40% total armor. So he'll be amazing at killing tanks.
