, and I feel that his passive should be his E's passive. makes perfect sense to me since he doesn't have any other passive in his abilities while the space left in the Passive itself would make room for something innovative, I got nothing...but I think it would be great for the little guy.
champions don't need eleventy billion passives to divide their power budget between. also that would mean his W does nothing until he levels E
no,NO NO, the reason twitch is twitch is because of his poison passive. Twitch is not an ordinary adc, but one that is part assassin, requiring positioning and surprise to work. Lots of times all it takes is a simple q walk in unwarded brush creep to second brush, engage with support and that is a decent chunk if not a kill. He has some kinks, but without his poison, he wouldn't have the power he does. And the cheese of sneaking up on a lone adc... PRICELESS.
